Community Promotions

South Madison Community Schools does consider requests for promoting community youth activities and organizations.

Interested organizations must complete this form to apply. 

Requests will be carefully considered and evaluated based on the following criteria:

• The opportunity or activity benefits students educationally, civically, or physically. 
• The event is local to SMCSC schools. 
• Interest to parents/students
• All flyers are subject to the discretion of the superintendent.

Promotional materials will be included in the desired school newsletters for no longer than one month before the event. 

We do not distribute paper or electronic materials, post signage, share contact information, or gather or provide data.
